Rental Retainer

Service Description
After choosing your garment/rental, you will be required to provide a non-refundable retainer fee to reserve the garment(s). The Rental retainer does not include cleaning fee(s). Cleaning fees range from $40-$90 depending on the garment. After making a purchase, you will receive a copy of the rental agreement. Once you have selected the garment(s) you would like to rent, we will email you the contract to be signed, along with the credit card authorization form. Additionally, we require a photo of your valid government-issued ID that is up-to-date. This fee is non-refundable! Pick up Locations: Arverne by the Sea (Arverne, NY 11692), Ocean View, Norfolk, VA

Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable rental retainer is required to reserve your selected garment(s). The retainer secures your reservation and will not be refunded under any circumstances. Cleaning fees are separate from the retainer and range from $40–$90, depending on the garment. After your reservation is made, you will receive a rental agreement, credit card authorization form, and instructions to submit a valid, government-issued photo ID. Your reservation is confirmed only after all required documents have been completed and returned.
